For submariners
There might be very little support resources for us among the plethora of support/care/healing/guidance/empower/discover/transform things.
We have trained for eons to operate locally/self-reliantly. Not counting on support to reach us. Not expecting to receive stuff. To figure things out entirely within the confines of our vessel. And those are not bad things or failings. This is where it can get confusing and painful when we try to consume/find support in the above-mentioned plethora of seemingly-helpful things.
Many such things will instantly portray the earlier-mentioned qualities - locally contained, self-reliant, not-expecting-support - as failings/errors to be eradicated/solved. But that's not what suits us. Those are tremendously valuable and positively-consequential qualities that are to be honoured, cherished, and celebrated. They are precise qualities that supported the subsurface missions that ran for eons without a break.
Instead of guidance/advice that categorise those qualities are errors, what we need are narratives that witness and affirm our truth -- that we are undergoing a mission change. And that as part of that mission change, we have now picked up a 'safe to surface' beacon signal. This narrative/seeing will help us with the understandable discomfort/confusion about surfacing and berthing - processes that have never been carried out for eons.
We need to gently modulate our awareness of operating modes and changes in them. We need to gently recalibrate ourselves to ready ourselves to receive external/terrestrial mains supplies. This is not the same as "you need to open up" and "you need to let yourself be supported". While they sound very similar, without the depth of the narrative layers that honour, acknowledge, and affirm your stories/mission backgrounds, they simply sound too thin and unusable.
In the end, yes, "opening up" and "receiving help" are some of the changes that are going to happen, but they need to be seen as organic continuation of your being. Not as some errors finally getting corrected.
